FYNCEO – Terms of Service and Usage Agreement

Developer: BSR Technology Solution

INTRODUCTION

This agreement regulates the rules that users must comply with when using the Fynceo application and the scope of the service provided by the application. By installing the application on a mobile device, this agreement is deemed accepted.

1. DEFINITION OF SERVICE

Fynceo is an application for:

• Portfolio tracking,

• Asset monitoring,

• Price viewing,

• Profit/Loss calculation

Fynceo does not provide investment advice.

All information in the application is for informational purposes only.

2. DATA STORAGE

Portfolio data is stored only on your device.

Fynceo does not send data to servers or export it externally.

All data management is on the user's own device.

3. THIRD-PARTY DATA PROVIDERS

Fynceo obtains price and market data from third-party providers.

BSR Technology Solution cannot be held responsible for situations that may arise from these providers, such as:

• Data delays

• Data errors

• Missing or interrupted information

4. ERRORS AND TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

Fynceo is a technological software product. Over time, the following may occur:

• Errors (bugs)

• Crash issues

• Data display problems

• Calculation errors

• Device compatibility issues

BSR Technology Solution is not responsible for any software errors or technical malfunctions.

5. USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Users cannot:

• Resell or copy the application

• Extract the source code

• Use the application for harmful purposes

• Manipulate advertisements

6. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

Premium subscription:

• The monthly fee is specified and collected through the Apple or Google app store.

• Processed through Apple App Store / Google Play payment infrastructure

• Billing is handled by the stores

• Cancellation is done by the user through store subscription settings

• Premium refund requests are made through the platform provider (Apple / Google)

BSR Technology Solution does not have access to payment information and is not responsible for payment errors.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By using Fynceo, the user accepts the following:

• Information provided by the application is offered entirely "as is"

• Data accuracy is not guaranteed

• The application cannot be a reference for investment decisions

• BSR Technology Solution is not responsible for possible financial losses

We do not limit the mandatory rights granted to you by local consumer law.

8. APPLICATION ACCESS AND UPDATES

Fynceo reserves the right to change or terminate features at any time.

Updates are provided to users through the store.

Compatibility issues may occur on older devices or operating systems.

9. AGE LIMIT

Fynceo is suitable for ages 13 and over.

Users under 12 years of age can only use the application under parental supervision.

10. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Fynceo application, including its name, logo, and all other elements, is fully owned by BSR Technology Solution and is protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK) and other relevant national/international intellectual property legislation.

Users are granted only the right to use the application on their devices for personal and non-commercial purposes. This usage right:

• is non-transferable,

• cannot be sub-licensed,

• cannot be sold,

• cannot be rented,

• does not include commercial usage rights.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, republishing, or distributing any part of the application,

• Attempting reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the application's design, functionality, or code,

• Using the application's brand name, logo, or design elements in a commercial product,

• Sharing screenshots of the application for advertising, commercial promotion, or similar purposes without BSR Technology Solution's permission.

In case of unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the application's software content, BSR Technology Solution reserves the right to seek compensation through all relevant legal means.

By downloading and using the application, users are deemed to have fully accepted these intellectual property provisions.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

All users who download and use the application are deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement.
