INTRODUCTION

Fynceo places great importance on the protection of users' personal data. This Privacy Policy has been prepared to clearly and understandably explain what data the application processes, stores, and what data is not processed.

1. DATA COLLECTED

Fynceo does not collect personal data from users.

The application does NOT collect, store, or share any personal data such as:

• Name

• Email

• Identity information

• Phone number

• Device ID

• Your financial portfolio information

• Location

However, by starting/continuing to use the application, you are deemed to have given explicit consent for the processing of your data for the purposes of ad personalization, processing of device identifiers (IDFA/AdID), and optimization of ads displayed by third-party service providers.

Third-party service providers used in the application (such as Google AdMob, etc.) may transfer some of your technical data abroad for the purposes of ad display and service provision, limited to these purposes. This transfer is based on your explicit consent, and appropriate protection measures are taken within the scope of KVKK when necessary.

2. STORAGE OF PORTFOLIO DATA

All portfolio records in the application (stocks, funds, precious metals, cash, etc.) are stored only:

✅ On the user's own device,

✅ In a local SQLite database,

stored.

❌ Never on a remote server or in the cloud, not stored.

No transfer is made outside the device.

All information, including the user's portfolio history, remains only on the device itself.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DATA SOURCES

The application retrieves financial price data from third-party data sources.

BSR Technology Solution is not responsible for delays, errors, deficiencies, or inaccuracies that may arise from data sources.

Fynceo does not guarantee the accuracy of price, chart, historical data, or symbol information.

4. ADVERTISEMENTS

The Free version of the application uses the Google AdMob advertising network.

AdMob may process anonymous advertising data such as:

• Device information, advertising identifiers,

• Viewing and click information

in accordance with its own advertising policies.

This data is not viewed, stored, or processed by Fynceo.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Fynceo is an application that does not provide investment advice and is intended for portfolio tracking.

Since it does not collect any personal data, it is suitable for users aged 13 and over.

Users under 12 years of age should use the application under parental supervision.

6. ANALYTICS, LOGGING, AND TRACKING

Fynceo does NOT use:

• Crash logs

• Analytics

• User behavior tracking

• Visit or click measurement

• Device trackers

• Cookies or similar tracking technologies

7. SUBSCRIPTION TRANSACTIONS

Premium membership uses the payment infrastructure of Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

In these processes, payment information is processed only by the relevant stores;

Fynceo does not have access to any payment data.

8. SECURITY

Since data is stored only within the device, device security is entirely the user's responsibility.

BSR Technology Solution is not responsible for data losses that may occur due to:

• Phone loss

• Device malfunction

• Sharing of device passwords

• Jailbreak/Root operations

9. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

The Privacy Policy may be updated when necessary.

Updates will be announced through in-app notifications or store descriptions.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF PRIVACY POLICY

All users who download and use the application are deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement.
